You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any explanation.

The cut-off date for canceling an order is 30 days from when you received the items or when a third party you designate, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your cancellation right, you need to notify us of your choice through a clear statement.

We will process your refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned items. The same payment method you used for the order will be utilized for the refund, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Return Conditions:

For the items to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • The items were bought within the last 30 days

  • The items remain in their original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Items that inherently cannot be returned, such as those that might spoil quickly or have an expiration date that has passed.

  • Items that are not returnable for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

  • Items that are, by their nature, inseparably blended with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to deny returns of any merchandise that does not comply with the return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Items

We cannot be held liable for items damaged or lost in return transit. Therefore, we suggest using an insured and traceable mailing service. We are unable to process a refund without the actual receipt of the items or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If items were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the items were not labeled as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to deliver to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
